Production Process
ZONESPORT is one of the larege factory in the HF Welding industry China.We have a strict quality control system, from raw materials to finished products, with corresponding inspection standards for different processes. Professional production&quality control system which can reach AQL inspection standard.
Cutting the material that confirmed by clients into pieces according to the product size
After LOGO printing is completed and shipped back to the factory, the QC staff will be compared according to the LOGO pattern, color and size confirmed by the customer. If it is completely consistent with the specifications confirmed by the customer, the next process will be carried out. If it is inconsistent, it will be re-printed
The parts of the product are welded together using a high frequency welding process
Sewing the accessories onto the product
Use professional shock test equipment to check whether the ribbon will fall off under the set shock condition
The products that pass the shock test are packaged
